Envie de participer à des projets de construction variés au sein d'une structure dynamique et collaborative ? Nous recherchons un professionnel engagé pour assurer la coordination et le suivi de chantiers, en lien étroit avec les équipes et les entreprises partenaires

Directeur de travaux 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Assurer la direction et le suivi de chantiers, de la préparation jusqu'à la réception des ouvrages
  • Élaborer les soumissions, analyser les offres et établir les comparatifs
  • Planifier et coordonner les interventions des entreprises et des différents corps de métier
  • Veiller au respect des coûts, des délais, de la qualité d'exécution et des normes en vigueur
  • Organiser les séances de chantier et rédiger les procès\-verbaux
  • Entretenir des relations de confiance avec les mandataires, entreprises et partenaires
  • Garantir une communication efficace avec l'ensemble des acteurs du projet

Profil

  • Formation de Directeur de travaux ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée d'au moins 3 ans en soumissions et en suivi de chantier
  • Langue maternelle allemande avec de bonnes connaissances du français (niveau B1\-B2\)
  • Personne organisée, autonome et dotée d'un excellent sens des responsabilités
  • Esprit d'équipe, aisance relationnelle et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
