Einleitung

Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im industriellen Umfeld, suchen wir eine engagierte und strukturierte Persönlichkeit als Buyer Indirect Procurement & Subcontracting (60%). In dieser Funktion stellst Du die zuverlässige Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen und indirekten Materialien sicher und trägst wesentlich zur Stabilität der Lieferkette bei. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Lieferanten zusammen und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Beschaffungsprozesse.

Aufgaben

  • Operative Verantwortung für den Bereich Subcontracting und indirekte Beschaffung
  • Einholung, Vergleich und Bewertung von Angeboten sowie Durchführung von Preis- und Marktanalysen
  • Professionelle Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Überwachung von Bestellungen, Lieferterminen und Auftragsbestätigungen zur Sicherstellung der Versorgung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Produktion, Planung und Logistik
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Lösung von Lieferproblemen und Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstarke, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit pragmatischer und lösungsorientierter Denkweise
