The posting

Pour l'un de nos clients, nous recherchons un électromécanicien expérimenté pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique au sein d'un environnement de production moderne.

Votre mission En tant qu'électromécanicien, vous êtes un acteur clé du bon fonctionnement des installations de production. Vous combinez expertise technique, capacité d'organisation et leadership afin de garantir la performance et la fiabilité des équipements.

Vos responsabilités

  • Coordonner et réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective des lignes de production.
  • Organiser le travail quotidien de l'équipe technique (2 à 4 collaborateurs) et assurer une répartition optimale des tâches.
  • Intervenir rapidement en cas de panne afin de réduire les arrêts de production.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de production, qualité et sécurité pour garantir la disponibilité des équipements.
  • Participer à l'installation, à la mise en service et à l'optimisation de nouvelles machines et lignes automatisées.
  • Assurer le suivi et la documentation des interventions techniques.
  • Contribuer activement aux projets d'amélioration continue afin d'augmenter la fiabilité des installations et d'optimiser les performances.
  • Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité, d'hygiène et des procédures en vigueur.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme technique en électromécanique, maintenance industrielle ou équivalent, ou vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans un environnement de production.
  • Vous disposez de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en maintenance industrielle, dont au moins 2 ans dans une fonction de coordination ou de supervision d'équipe.
  • Vous possédez de solides connaissances en : o Électricité industrielleo Mécaniqueo Pneumatiqueo Automatisation
  • Vous êtes reconnu pour votre esprit d'analyse, votre réactivité et votre orientation solutions.
  • Vous appréciez prendre des responsabilités et encadrer une équipe.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français. La connaissance de l'anglais technique constitue un atout.
