Einleitung

Für unseren Kunden in der Region Aarau / Olten suchen wir eine engagierte und empathische Persönlichkeit als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ. Sie bringen Freude an der Pflege und Betreuung älterer Menschen mit und möchten Ihre Fachkompetenz aktiv in einem wertschätzenden Umfeld einbringen? Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung und schätzen die Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie die Begleitung von Lernenden? Dann freuen wir uns, Sie auf Ihrem nächsten beruflichen Schritt zu begleiten.

Aufgaben

  • Fachgerechte Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner entsprechend den eigenen Kompetenzen
  • Übernahme der Bezugspflege und Mitverantwortung für eine individuelle und bedarfsgerechte Pflege
  • Verantwortung für den Pflegeprozess sowie Unterstützung bei der korrekten Anwendung des RAI/RUG-Systems inklusive Pflegedokumentation
  • Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende in der Assistenzfunktion sowie für Lernende und Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung von Lernenden im Pflegealltag sowie Förderung der fachlichen Entwicklung im Team
  • Mitwirkung an einer hohen Pflegequalität und einer wertschätzenden Betreuung der Bewohnenden

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Offene, empathische und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • Kenntnisse in Palliative Care und RAI/RUG von Vorteil oder Bereitschaft, sich diese anzueignen
  • Freude an der Begleitung von Lernenden und an der Förderung des gemeinsamen Lernens im Team
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse sowie Verständnis der schweizerdeutschen Sprache
