Einleitung

Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen der Lebensmittelbranche im Kanton Baselland suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit für die Qualitätssicherung . Im Mittelpunkt stehen Laboranalysen, Qualitätskontrollen und die präzise Dokumentation von Ergebnissen. Aufgaben

  • Durchführung chemischer, physikalischer und mikrobiologischer Analysen von Rohstoffen und Fertigprodukten
  • Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung analytischer sowie sensorischer Prüfungen
  • Erstellung von Prüfberichten, Freigaben und Sperrungen in SAP
  • Dokumentation von Analysen, Messdaten und Laboraktivitäten in SAP und Microsoft Teams
  • Verwaltung und Organisation von Rückstellmustern
  • Pflege von Labor- und Qualitätsdokumentationen im IMS
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Einhaltung von Hygienevorgaben, HACCP-Richtlinien sowie Arbeits- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Mitarbeit bei Monitoring- und Qualitätsprozessen

Profil

  • Ausbildung als Lebensmitteltechnologe/-in, Chemielaborant/-in, Mikrobiologielaborant/-in oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie und im Qualitätsumfeld
  • Kenntnisse analytischer Prüfverfahren und Laborprozesse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gutes Englisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, Microsoft 365 und digitaler Dokumentation von Vorteil
  • Präzise, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Freude daran, neue Methoden und Prozesse zu erlernen
  • Erfahrung mit Labororganisation, Probenmanagement und steriler Probenahme wünschenswert
