Introduzione

Per conto di un'importante azienda operante nel settore elettrico, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Senior Facility Specialist da inserire all'interno del team Servizi Generali.

Responsabilità

La risorsa si occuperà della gestione operativa degli immobili aziendali e dell'organizzazione delle attività legate ai servizi generali, contribuendo a garantire elevati standard di efficienza, sicurezza e qualità degli ambienti di lavoro. Principali responsabilità: \* Gestire l'operatività quotidiana degli edifici e degli spazi aziendali, assicurandone funzionalità e conformità agli standard interni. \* Interfacciarsi con fornitori esterni per attività di pulizia, manutenzione e servizi generali, monitorando la qualità delle prestazioni e il rispetto delle tempistiche concordate. \* Gestire le richieste interne e le segnalazioni, garantendone il corretto monitoraggio fino alla risoluzione. \* Supportare la pianificazione e il monitoraggio degli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria. \* Collaborare alla preparazione e all'aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica e amministrativa relativa agli immobili e ai servizi gestiti. \* Supportare le attività legate alla salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, contribuendo alla verifica della conformità di spazi, impianti e attrezzature.

Profilo

\* Diploma tecnico o laurea. \* Esperienza consolidata in una posizione analoga all'interno di contesti industriali o aziendali strutturati. \* Spiccate capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità. \* Approccio proattivo, autonomia operativa e orientamento al problem solving. \* Buona conoscenza degli strumenti Microsoft Office. \* Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di software di ticketing o sistemi di Facility Management. \* Italiano madrelingua e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2).
