The posting

Nous recherchons un grutier disposant des permis Suva A et B. Le poste est orienté sur la conduite de grues de chantier dans le cadre de projets de construction variés, en respectant strictement les normes de sécurité en vigueur. Le ou la titulaire du poste travaille en coordination étroite avec les équipes de chantier et les responsables de travaux afin de garantir un déroulement efficace et sécurisé des opérations de levage. Cette fonction requiert une bonne maîtrise des manœuvres de grue ainsi qu-un sens prononcé des responsabilités et de la sécurité.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer la conduite et les manœuvres de la grue conformément aux permis Suva A et B et aux consignes internes de sécurité du chantier.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec le chef de chantier et les équipes au sol afin de garantir un positionnement précis et sécurisé des charges manipulées.
  • Contrôler visuellement l-état général de la grue avant utilisation et signaler immédiatement tout dysfonctionnement ou anomalie technique constatée.
  • Respecter les procédures de levage définies, incluant les limitations de charge, les conditions météorologiques et les consignes de sécurité spécifiques au site.
  • Tenir compte de l-environnement de travail, des autres engins et des personnes présentes sur le chantier afin de réduire les risques d-accident.
  • Conduite grue à tour et Mrt Manitou.

Profil

  • Formation secondaire achevée, idéalement complétée par une formation reconnue de grutier ou équivalent.
  • Habitude de travailler sur des chantiers de construction, avec respect des consignes de sécurité et des procédures.
  • Capacité à collaborer avec différents intervenants sur le chantier et à communiquer de manière claire.
  • Fiabilité, ponctualité et sens des responsabilités dans l-exécution des tâches confiées.
  • Résistance au travail en extérieur et adaptation aux conditions météorologiques changeantes.
