The posting

We zijn op zoek naar een heftruckbestuurder voor een houtbedrijf in Gent, gespecialiseerd in de verkoop van tuinmaterialen. Je zal werken in dagregime en bent verantwoordelijk voor een deel van het magazijn.

Je laadt en lost de vrachtwagens met goederen en stockeert deze op de juiste plaats. Je staat in direct contact met de klant die de tuinmaterialen komt ophalen en helpt hen met de juiste documenten en het laden en lossen.

Je werkt samen met 6 andere collega's in het magazijn. Dit is ook veel buitenwerk omdat het materiaal gestockeerd is rond het bedrijf buiten.

Je werkt voltijds in een 40-uren week. Je werkt in een dagregime ofwel 7.45-16.15 of 8-16.30 uur. In het hoogseizoen (maart tem mei) werk je af en toe op zaterdag van 9u tot 12u. We zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat met ervaring in het rijden met een heftruck. Een attest is een pluspunt maar geen must. Je spreekt en schrijft heel goed Nederlands want er komt ook wel wat administratie aan te pas zoals bestelbonnen, afhaalbonnen, .... die je moet nakijken en aanvullen. Je hebt reeds ervaring als magazijnier en kan je goed vinden in een magazijn die NIET digitaal is. Je denkt na over de structuur en weet waar alles te vinden is. Je kan logisch nadenken en denkt mee om zaken aan te passen in het magazijn en dingen op te lossen. Je neemt de nodige verantwoordelijkheid op en bent heel klantgericht. Je bent heel communicatief naar de klanten toe. Je kan fysiek zwaar werk aan want niet alles kan met de heftruck gebeuren. Je kan een stabiel cv voorleggen en een goede refentie van jouw vorige werkgever.
