Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes und erfolgreiches Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt Immobilien, Treuhand und Finanzdienstleistungen, suchen wir eine engagierte, zuverlässige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als Immobilien-Buchhalter/in.

Nach einer umfassenden Einführung übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich die Betreuung von Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen und stehst dabei in engem Kontakt mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen. In einem kollegialen Team leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zur professionellen Bewirtschaftung eines vielseitigen Immobilienportfolios.

Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Führung von Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen mit einer modernen Branchensoftware
  • Unterstützung der Teamleitung Immobilienbewirtschaftung in buchhalterischen und administrativen Belangen
  • Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Führung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung von Heiz- und Betriebskostenabrechnungen
  • Laufender Kontakt mit Hauseigentümern, Stockwerkeigentümern, Mietern, Hauswarten sowie Handwerksbetrieben
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Abwicklung der buchhalterischen Prozesse

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Gute Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Immobilien Buchhaltung
  • Kundenorientierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Affinität für digitale Arbeitsprozesse und moderne Softwarelösungen
  • Auch in hektischen Situationen behältst du den Überblick und setzt die richtigen Prioritäten
