Einleitung

Für einen professionellen Verpflegungsbetrieb mit Restaurant-, Seminar- und Eventgeschäft wird die Leitung einer überschaubaren Küche besetzt.

Die Funktion verbindet geregelte Tagesarbeitszeiten mit kulinarischem Gestaltungsspielraum und operativer Führungsverantwortung.

Gesucht wird eine präsente Führungspersönlichkeit, die frische Küche, klare Abläufe und eine verlässliche Teamführung vereint.

Aufgaben

  • Du führst das Küchenteam fachlich, personell und organisatorisch und sorgst für klare Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft
  • Du verantwortest eine täglich frische, abwechslungsreiche und qualitativ überzeugende Verpflegung für unterschiedliche Gästegruppen
  • Du entwickelst das gastronomische Angebot weiter und bringst eigene Ideen in die Menüplanung ein
  • Du planst und realisierst Bankette, Apéros, Grillveranstaltungen und weitere Anlässe
  • Du arbeitest aktiv in der Küche mit und stellst eine konstant hohe Qualität bei Produktion und Ausgabe sicher
  • Du verbindest eine effiziente Küchenorganisation mit wirtschaftlichem Denken und einem sorgfältigen Umgang mit Lebensmitteln

Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch / Köchin EFZ
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Küchenfunktion
  • Du bringst idealerweise eine Weiterbildung als Chefkoch / Chefköchin mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis mit
  • Du führst klar, respektvoll und verbindlich und bleibst im operativen Alltag sichtbar
  • Du arbeitest belastbar, flexibel und lösungsorientiert und setzt dich für gemeinsame Ziele ein
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
