Einleitung

Im Auftrag unseres Kunden rekrutieren wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit für die Leitung eines modernen Küchenbetriebs in der Region Baden. Dich erwartet eine vielseitige Kaderfunktion mit Verantwortung für unterschiedliche Verpflegungsbereiche, einem motivierten Team sowie viel Freiraum, um kulinarische Ideen, Prozesse und Konzepte aktiv weiterzuentwickeln. Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit, die Führung, Organisation und operative Mitarbeit mit Leidenschaft verbindet.

Aufgaben

- Operative und personelle Führung des gesamten Küchenbetriebs

- Führung, Förderung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden, Lernenden und unterstützenden Einsatzkräften

- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Menüplänen unter Berücksichtigung verschiedener Ernährungs- und Diätformen

- Planung und Umsetzung von saisonalen Aktionen, Spezialangeboten und Veranstaltungen

- Verantwortung für Einkauf, Lagerbewirtschaftung und Kostenkontrolle

- Planung, Koordination und Überwachung sämtlicher Produktions- und Arbeitsabläufe

- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards gemäss HACCP

- Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft sowie Unterstützung des Teams im operativen Betrieb

Profil

- Ausbildung als Chefkoch/Chefköchin mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung als Küchenchef:in

- Erfahrung in der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie, Hotellerie oder Gastronomie mit mehreren Verpflegungslinien

- Kenntnisse in Diätküche, Schonkost und bedarfsgerechter Ernährung von Vorteil

- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

- Sehr gute organisatorische und administrative Fähigkeiten

- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Kalkulationstools

- Wertschätzender Führungsstil und Freude an der Teamentwicklung

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
