Einleitung

Im Auftrag unseres Kunden rekrutieren wir eine ausgebildete Kochfachperson für einen qualitätsorientierten Gastronomiebetrieb in der Region St. Gallen. Im Mittelpunkt stehen eine frische Küche, hochwertige Produkte und sorgfältiges Handwerk.

Aufgaben

- Du arbeitest aktiv in der täglichen Küchenproduktion mit

- Du bereitest frische Gerichte fachgerecht und qualitätsbewusst zu

- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deinen Arbeits- und Postenbereich

- Du verarbeitest saisonale und regionale Produkte sorgfältig und wirtschaftlich

- Du stellst eine konstant hohe Qualität bei der Zubereitung und Präsentation der Speisen sicher

- Du hältst die geltenden Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards konsequent ein

- Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung des kulinarischen Angebots

- Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen in der Küche zusammen

Profil

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch EFZ / Köchin EFZ

- Freude an einer qualitativ anspruchsvollen und frischen Küche

- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

- Qualitätsbewusstsein und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Lebensmitteln

- Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln

- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit jüngeren Kolleginnen und Kollegen

- Offenheit für neue Ideen und die Motivation, dich aktiv in den Küchenalltag einzubringen

- Teamorientierte und ausgeglichene Persönlichkeit
