Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Schweizer Unternehmen im Bereich technischer Bauprodukte und innovativer Systemlösungen, suchen wir eine engagierte und technisch versierte Persönlichkeit als Konstrukteur / Stv. Leiter Konstruktion (m/w/d).

Sie möchten Ihre Erfahrung in der Konstruktion einbringen und gleichzeitig mehr Verantwortung übernehmen? Dann könnte diese Position genau das Richtige für Sie sein.

Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Konstruktion von technischen Komponenten, Baugruppen und Systemlösungen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von 3D-Modellen, Fertigungszeichnungen und Stücklisten
  • Technische Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Lösungen
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produkte und Konstruktionen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Projektleitung und weiteren internen Abteilungen
  • Unterstützung des Leiters Konstruktion sowie Übernahme seiner Stellvertretung
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Auftragsabwicklung

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Konstrukteur EFZ oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion, idealerweise im Metallbau, Maschinenbau oder in einem verwandten Bereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der 3D-CAD-Konstruktion
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Fertigungszeichnungen und technischen Dokumentationen
  • Gutes Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse und technische Zusammenhänge
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Interesse daran, fachliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen
