Einleitung

Für unseren Kunden, ein solides und etabliertes Unternehmen, suchen wir eine fachlich kompetente und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als Logistiker/in mit Ausbildung - Industrie & Produktion. In dieser Rolle stellst du stabile, effiziente Warenflüsse sicher - vom Wareneingang bis zur termingerechten Auslieferung - präzise, speditiv und serviceorientiert.

Aufgaben

  • Wareneingang abwickeln: Transporte entladen, Identität/Menge/Qualität gemäss Begleitpapieren prüfen, im ERP buchen und fachgerecht einlagern
  • Kommissionieren & verpacken: Aufträge mit MDE/Scanner zusammenstellen, Sendungen konsolidieren, korrekt kennzeichnen und transportsicher verpacken
  • Produktionsversorgung sicherstellen: Bereitstellung von Material/Kleinteilen), Nachschub an Linien, Rückmeldungen im System
  • Warenausgang & Versand: Termingerechte Bereitstellung, Begleit-/Transportpapiere erstellen, Abholungen koordinieren; Export/Zoll (z.-B. e-dec) von Vorteil
  • Bestände im Griff: Zykleninventuren, Differenzen klären, Lagerplätze pflegen
  • Interne Transporte: Sicheres Bedienen von Flurförderzeugen (Front-/Schubmast, Ameise); schonender Umgang mit Ware und Infrastruktur
  • Sicherheit & Qualität: HSE- und 5S-Vorgaben einhalten, Gefahrstoffe sachgerecht handhaben, Abweichungen melden
  • Verbesserungen vorantreiben: Aktive Mitarbeit an KVP/Lean-Massnahmen, Prozess- und Layoutoptimierungen, digitale Workflows

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre Logistiker/in EFZ (oder gleichwertige Ausbildung)
  • Berufspraxis in Lager, Distribution oder produktionsnaher Logistik (Wareneingang, Kommissionierung, Versand)
  • Routine mit MDE/Scanner und gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise; teamfähig, belastbar und dienstleistungsorientiert
  • Deutsch gut in Wort und Schrift ,weitere Sprachen willkommen
