Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende functie als operator waarbij je verschillende machines kan instellen en opvolgen? Dan is dit de ideale functie voor jou!

Voor een grote, sterk groeiende firma regio Deinze zoeken wij een extruder operator voor het instellen en opstarten van de persmachines. Je volgt het volledige productieproces heel nauwgezet op en je hebt technische aanleg en interesse om de werking van de machines verder aan te leren.

Als operator sta je ook in voor het verzorgen van de procesopvolging, dit wil zeggen dat je controles gaat uitvoeren op technisch, kwantitatief en kwalitatief vlak. Deze gegevens registreer je voor de productie- en verpakkingsopvolging zodat de juiste informatie wordt overgebracht naar de productieleider en collega's van de volgende ploeg.

Je stelt de machines correct in en volgt het volledige proces.

Je werkt in een drieploegensysteem, afwisselend werk je dus in;

  • Vroege ploeg (05.30 - 13.30 uur)
  • Late ploeg (13.30 - 21.30 uur)
  • Nachtploeg (21.30 - 05.30 uur)

Wat is je profiel als machine operator?

  • Bij voorkeur genoot je van een opleiding in technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Het werken in drieploegensysteem is geen probleem voor jou op lange termijn.
  • Werken met de computer is geen probleem voor jou, je kan makkelijk gegevens inputten in een programma als bv. Excel.
  • Je bent niet bang om je handen vuil te maken en gewichten te hanteren (maximaal 25 kg).
  • Kwaliteitsbewust werken, oog voor detail en veiligheid, ordelijk en net werken zijn drie zaken die goed lukken voor jou.
  • Je kan goed Nederlands spreken, lezen en schrijven.
