Laat jij de productielijnen van Konings in Genk optimaal draaien? Als Maintenance Engineer in dagpost speel je een sleutelrol in een modern en dynamisch productiebedrijf binnen de drankenindustrie. Voor onze klant in Zonhoven zijn wij op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker in dagpost. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van de productie-installaties en draag je actief bij aan een vlotte en efficiënte werking van het productieproces.

Wat ga je doen? Je biedt technische ondersteuning bij complexe storingen en fungeert als expert binnen de afdeling maintenance. Je analyseert en verhelpt problemen binnen PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-systemen (o.a. Siemens en Schneider Electric). Je leidt of ondersteunt technische verbeter- en investeringsprojecten, zoals nieuwe machine-installaties, optimalisaties en automatiseringsupgrades. Je ontwikkelt en beheert onderhoudsplannen voor machines en installaties, inclusief spare parts, werkvoorbereiding en externe interventies. Je beheert technische documentatie en zorgt ervoor dat elektrische schema's, softwareversies en PLC-back-ups steeds actueel zijn. Je werkt onderhoudscontracten en service level agreements (SLA's) uit en volgt deze op. Je voert Root Cause Analyses uit en implementeert duurzame oplossingen voor terugkerende technische problemen. Je bewaakt hierbij de veiligheid, orde en netheid van de installaties. Je stimuleert de standaardisatie van spare parts en automatiseringscomponenten. Je programmeert, test en documenteert software-aanpassingen in samenwerking met derden (Siemens Step7, TIA Portal, enz.). Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Maintenance Manager. Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting. Heb je dit diploma niet maar beschik je over voldoende relevante ervaring ben je ook welkom om te solliciteren. Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen maintenance, engineering of automatisering in een productieomgeving. Affiniteit met IT is een voordeel. Je hebt een goede kennis van PLC-sturingen, frequentieregelaars, industriële netwerken en sensortechnologie. Je kan elektrische schema's lezen en aanpassen. Kennis van EPLAN is een plus. Je bent analytisch ingesteld, werkt gestructureerd en houdt ervan om verbeteringen door te voeren. Je hebt een vlotte kennis van MS Office (Excel, Word en Outlook). Je communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende stakeholders en neemt initiatief. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en continue verbetering staan voor jou centraal. Je werkt in dagdienst maar flexibiliteit wordt verwacht
