Einleitung

Für unseren Kunden, ein vollständig digitalisiertes Treuhandunternehmen mit mehreren Standorten in der Deutschschweiz, suchen wir zur Verstärkung des Teams in der Stadt Zürich eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit. Der Einstieg ist ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung möglich.

Aufgaben

  • Abwechslungsreiche Mandate in den Bereichen Steuern, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie Unternehmensberatung statt reiner Routine
  • Eigenständige Betreuung von Mandanten und direkter Austausch auf Augenhöhe
  • Verantwortung für Steuererklärungen und aktive Begleitung von Prüfungen und steuerlichen Fragestellungen
  • Mitarbeit bei ordentlichen und eingeschränkten Revisionen sowie Spezialmandaten mit fachlicher Tiefe
  • Einbindung in spannende Projekte wie Unternehmensbewertungen, Umstrukturierungen und Gründungen
  • Möglichkeit, Aufgaben in Management- und Verwaltungsratsmandaten zu übernehmen und über den klassischen Treuhand hinauszuwachsen
  • Mitwirkung in HR-Services, Payroll und modernen Systemimplementierungen
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem Arbeitsumfeld, das fachlichen Austausch, Vertrauen und Weiterentwicklung fördert

Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung EFZ im Treuhandbereich, idealerweise ergänzt durch den eidg. Fachausweis oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Treuhandwesen mit Interesse an vielseitigen Mandaten
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind willkommen; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel) sowie Erfahrung mit Sage, Navision, Bexio, Abacus oder vergleichbaren Systemen
  • Hohe IT-Affinität, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Freude daran, sich rasch in neue Systeme und Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein
