Als Monteur / Assemblagemedewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in het assembleren en afwerken van onderdelen en producten volgens plan en kwaliteitsnormen.

Takenpakket: Als Monteur / Assemblagemedewerker sta je in voor:

  • Assembleren en monteren van onderdelen en componenten.
  • Positioneren van stukken volgens technische tekeningen en markeringen.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van plannen en schema's.
  • Uitvoeren van manuele bewerkingen en afwerkingswerken.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte producten.
  • Uitvoeren van metingen met controle- en meetapparatuur.
  • Opvolgen van productieopdrachten en werkinstructies.
  • Onderhouden en ordelijk houden van jouw werkpost.
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en productievoorschriften.
  • Correct gebruiken van handgereedschap en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen.

Wij zoeken een kandidaat die:

  • Technisch inzicht heeft en vlot plannen kan lezen.
  • Nauwkeurig, precies en kwaliteitsgericht werkt.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kan functioneren in dagdienst.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn of haar werk.
  • Veiligheid hoog in het vaandel draagt.
  • Flexibel is en zich snel kan aanpassen aan nieuwe opdrachten.
  • Goed kan plannen en organiseren.
  • Betrouwbaar en resultaatgericht is.Daarnaast heb je bij voorkeur kennis van:
  • Assemblage- en montagetechnieken.
  • Metaalbewerkingstechnieken.
  • Controle- en meetinstrumenten.
  • Veiligheidsvoorschriften en PBM's.
