The posting

Als operator bij Henkel ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen en begeleiden van een geautomatiseerd productieproces. Dit is géén klassieke productiejob met bandwerk of inpakwerk. Je bewaakt machines en installaties, volgt producties nauwkeurig op en zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig, efficiënt en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving waar technische opvolging, procescontrole en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan. Via computerschermen, meetinstrumenten en installaties hou je het productieproces in de gaten en stuur je bij waar nodig. Jouw taken:

Machines en productie-installaties opstarten, instellen en bedienen.

Productieprocessen opvolgen en bijsturen waar nodig.

De werking van pompen, kleppen, filters en menginstallaties controleren.

Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en afwijkingen tijdig opmerken.

Productiegegevens correct registreren en rapporteren.

Technische storingen of onregelmatigheden signaleren.

  • Mee zorgen voor een veilige en efficiënte productie.
  • Je hebt technisch en operationeel inzicht om machines, processtappen en productieapparatuur correct te bewaken.
  • Je kunt kwaliteitscontrole uitvoeren door productmonsters te testen op pH-waarde, gewicht en consistentie.
  • Je beheerst basisrekenen om metingen, gewichten en verhoudingen nauwkeurig te berekenen.
  • Je kunt werken met enterprise resource planning (ERP)-software en logs om gegevens correct vast te leggen.
  • Je hebt het vermogen om apparatuurmonitoring toe te passen door meters, wijzerplaten en schermen actief te volgen.
  • Je beschikt over nauwkeurigheid bij procescontrole, kwaliteitsbeoordeling en administratieve registratie.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands zeer goed, je hebt een goede kennis Frans
