The posting

Voor onze klant in Gent die een computerwinkel heeft zijn we op zoek naar een computertechnicus.

Onze klant is reeds 30 jaar dé vakhandel bij uitstek inzake informatica, multimedia, diensten, telecom, energie en sinds kort ook robotica. Zij richten hen op zowel particulieren als zelfstandigen/bedrijven én scholen.

Ze zijn voorzien van een uitgebreid producten gamma bestaande uit onder andere: pc's en tablets, laptops en notebooks, smartphones, multimedia en alle nodige randapparatuur.

Jouw taken:

  • Je herstelt smartphones en tablets van de bekendste merken zoals Apple, Samsung,...en verschillende generaties op afspraak en zonder afspraak.
  • Je geeft duidelijke informatie aan de klant over je tablet en smartphone herstelling, zowel face-to-face als telefonisch en via mail
  • Je herstelt informaticamateriaal zoals desktops, laptops, kleine & middelgrote systemen. Hierbij zoek je naar de oorzaken van de defecten en herstel je deze zo snel mogelijk op de werkplaats of bij de klant zelf.
  • Je installeert ook software, antiviruspakketten etc. naar gelang de wens van de klant.
  • Je geeft duidelijke informatie aan de klant over je installatie.
  • Je zorgt voor de telefonische support naar de klant toe. Indien nodig maak je offertes op maat.
  • Je werkt hoofdzakelijk in de winkel in Oostakker en doet op termijn ook interventies bij de klant ter plaatse (kantoor of thuis).Je zal werken op weekdagen en op zaterdag.Indien je op zaterdag werkt, heb je een vrije dag doorheen de week.Je werkt tijdens de openingsuren van de winkel nl van 10 uur tot 18 uur.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je bent een ervaren pc technicus en kan ook tablets en smartphones herstellen. Je bent een kei in hardware herstellingen.
  • Je bent goed in het detecteren van problemen/defecten bij pc's (harware en software)
  • Je bent heel communicatief en kan goed omgaan met klanten. Je hebt een vlotte babbel en helpt de klanten met plezier.
  • Je hebt geen probleem met enkele administratieve taken zoals het opmaken van offertes.
  • Je hebt geen probleem om op zaterdag te werken.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs om je te verplaatsen naar verschillende filialen in Gent;
  • Je bent een gemotiveerde en commerciële kracht en staat mee in voor een professionele winkelpresentatie en netheid in de winkel.
