Für unseren Kunden in Speicher suchen wir eine engagierte Pflegefachperson, die Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Demenz hat und ein wertschätzendes, überschaubares Arbeitsumfeld schätzt. Hier erwarten Sie ein herzliches Team, viel Eigenverantwortung und die Möglichkeit, den Alltag der Bewohnenden positiv mitzugestalten - bei einem Pensum von 50-80 %.

Aufgaben

  • Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden unter Berücksichtigung ihrer individuellen Bedürfnisse, Wünsche und Ressourcen
  • Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung sowie Koordination eines reibungslosen Tagesablaufs
  • Planung und Gestaltung bedürfnisorientierter, aktivierender Angebote für Menschen mit Demenz
  • Beobachtung und Einschätzung von Veränderungen der Pflegesituation sowie entsprechende Anpassung der Betreuung
  • Planung, Durchführung, Dokumentation und Evaluation individueller Pflegeprozesse
  • Fachliche Verantwortung für die Pflegeprozesse innerhalb der Wohngruppe
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Pflegeentwicklung und kontinuierlichen Qualitätsverbesserung
  • Anleitung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Aktive Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen und Einbringen eigener Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung der Pflege und Betreuung

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF, FH, DN II oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Freude und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Menschen mit Demenz
  • Geduld, Empathie und Verständnis für die individuellen Lebenswelten von Menschen mit Demenz
  • Teamfähigkeit, persönliche Reife und eine wertschätzende Kommunikation
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung der Pflege
  • Erfahrung mit RAI von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Psychische und körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Interesse an einer langfristigen Mitarbeit in einem stabilen und respektvollen Arbeitsumfeld
