The posting

Voor een transportbedrijf in St-Niklaas zoeken wij een planner die 's nachts zal werken. Dit is een voltijdse job en je krijgt een vast contract na geslaagde interimperiode. Je zal werken van 02u - 10u. Je komt terecht bij een sterk groeiend logistiek familiebedrijf met bijna 75 jaar ervaring en meer dan 330 enthousiaste medewerkers. Dagelijks zorgen ze voor betrouwbare transport- en logistieke oplossingen, waaronder palletdistributie, groupage, kooiaaptransport, glasvervoer en (tank)containertransport. Als Distributie Planner Nacht zorg jij ervoor dat de distributie vlekkeloos verloopt en alle goederen tijdig hun bestemming bereiken.

Takenpakket:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de distributieplanning tijdens de nachtshift (02.00 uur – 10.00 uur).
  • Dagelijks de vrachtwagens en hun routes plannen, rekening houdend met het type zending, afmetingen, laad- en losplaatsen, levertermijnen en openingsuren.
  • Werken binnen een crossdock-systeem waarbij goederen binnen 24 uur worden verdeeld.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van customer service en het magazijn in Sint-Niklaas.
  • Chauffeurs en magazijniers aansturen, informeren en ondersteunen tijdens hun opdrachten.

Problemen snel analyseren en oplossen zodat de planning optimaal blijft verlopen.

  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte en duidelijke communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen.

Je hebt een opleiding in logistiek of relevante ervaring als transportplanner binnen distributie.

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, klantgericht en kostenefficiënt.
  • Je bent bereid om vast te werken tijdens de nachtshift van 02.00 uur tot 10.00 uur.
  • Je werkt vanuit het depot in Sint-Niklaas en onderhoudt een goede samenwerking met collega's van andere vestigingen.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig, hebt ervaring met een TMS of leert nieuwe systemen snel aan.

Je blijft rustig onder druk en behoudt steeds het overzicht.
