Ben jij technisch aangelegd en heb je ervaring met het instellen en bedienen van een plooibank? Werk je graag nauwkeurig en haal je voldoening uit het afleveren van kwalitatieve metalen onderdelen? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou! Voor een groeiend metaalverwerkend bedrijf in Sint-Truiden zijn wij op zoek naar een Plooibank Operator die mee wil bouwen aan de verdere groei van de onderneming.

Als plooibank operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct instellen, programmeren en bedienen van CNC-gestuurde plooibanken. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderdelen volgens de gevraagde specificaties en kwaliteitsnormen worden geproduceerd.

Jouw taken:

  • Instellen en bedienen van de plooibank.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische plannen en schema's.
  • Positioneren van stukken volgens de aangegeven markeringen.
  • Opstellen en aanpassen van bewerkingsprogramma's.
  • Uitvoeren van proefstukken en kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Bepalen van de juiste bewerkingen en afstelwaarden.
  • Vormen en plooien van metalen onderdelen volgens specificaties.
  • Monteren, demonteren en afstellen van productiegereedschappen.
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud aan machines en installaties.
  • Werken met meetinstrumenten en controleapparatuur.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en efficiënte werkplek.

Jij bent de ideale kandidaat wanneer je:

  • Ervaring hebt als plooibank operator of binnen plaatbewerking.
  • Technische plannen en tekeningen kan lezen.
  • Kennis hebt van CNC-machines en metaalbewerking.
  • Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werkt.
  • Zelfstandig problemen kan oplossen en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
  • Veiligheid hoog in het vaandel draagt.
  • Flexibel bent en graag meedenkt over verbeteringen.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed kan functioneren.Daarnaast beschik je over volgende competenties:
