Einleitung

Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Hochbau, suchen wir eine praxisnahe und verlässliche Persönlichkeit als Polier:in Hochbau. In dieser Funktion führst du deine Baustellen eigenverantwortlich und hältst die täglichen Abläufe effizient auf Kurs.

Aufgaben

  • Operative Gesamtverantwortung auf der Baustelle - von der Einrichtung bis zur Übergabe; Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten
  • Personaleinsatz sowie Geräte- und Materialdisposition; AVOR und Tagesabläufe klar strukturieren
  • Koordination von Subunternehmern und Lieferanten; Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen Baustellenlogistik
  • Ausführung nach Plan gemäss SIA-Normen und konsequente Einhaltung der SUVA-/HSE-Vorgaben
  • Qualitätssicherung auf der Baustelle: Eigen-/Fremdkontrollen, Mängelerfassung und Nachverfolgung der Massnahmen
  • Rapporte & Dokumentation: Regie- und Leistungsrapporte, Bautagebuch, Protokolle; Mitarbeit bei Kosten- und Termincontrolling
  • Ansprechperson gegenüber Bauleitung, Bauherrschaft und Behörden; aktive Teilnahme an Bausitzungen
  • Du führst, instruierst und förderst dein Team inkl. Lernende und lebst Arbeitssicherheit vor

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre im Bauhauptgewerbe (z.-B. Maurer:in EFZ oder gleichwertig)
  • Weiterbildung als Baupolier:in mit eidg. FA oder dipl. Polier:in; von Vorteil Techniker:in HF Bauführung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Hochbau
  • Durchsetzungsstark, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert; hohe Eigenverantwortung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerausweis Kat.-B
