The posting

Pour le compte de plusieurs entreprises industrielles reconnues de la région Riviera-Chablais, nous recherchons régulièrement des Polymécaniciens CFC (H/F) spécialisés dans l'usinage et la fabrication de pièces mécaniques de précision.

Vous évoluerez dans des environnements techniques exigeants où la qualité, la précision et le savoir-faire sont essentiels à la réussite des projets.

Responsabilités

  • Réaliser l'usinage de pièces mécaniques de précision selon les plans et spécifications techniques
  • Effectuer les réglages, mises en train et suivi de production sur différentes machines-outils
  • Assurer la fabrication de pièces unitaires, petites et moyennes séries
  • Réaliser des opérations d'ajustage, de finition et de rectification selon les besoins
  • Contrôler la conformité des pièces à l'aide des instruments de mesure usuels
  • Garantir le respect des standards de qualité, des délais de production et des consignes de sécurité
  • Identifier les écarts de fabrication et proposer des actions correctives
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des procédés et à l'optimisation des performances de production
  • Assurer l'entretien courant des équipements et de son poste de travail

Profil

  • CFC de polymécanicien ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée dans un environnement de mécanique de précision
  • Bonne maîtrise de la lecture de plans techniques
  • Excellente connaissance des moyens de contrôle dimensionnel
  • Expérience dans le réglage et la conduite de machines-outils
  • Connaissances en usinage conventionnel ou CNC
  • Expérience en rectification, ajustage ou finition, un réel atout
  • Personne rigoureuse, autonome, consciencieuse et soucieuse de fournir un travail de haute qualité
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en favorisant l'esprit d'équipe
  • Bonnes connaissances du français
