Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Kanton Aargau suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Projektleiter Kanalservice (m/w/d) 100% in Festanstellung.

Aufgaben

Du verantwortest deine Projekte ganzheitlich und sorgst dafür, dass von der Offerte bis zum Abschluss alles optimal koordiniert ist:

  • Betreuung der Projekte von der Besichtigung und Kalkulation bis zur Nachbearbeitung
  • Erstellen von Offerten und Begleitung der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Planung, Organisation und Arbeitsvorbereitung (AVOR)
  • Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung der Kunden
  • Koordination und Überwachung der laufenden Arbeiten
  • Führung, Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Planung von Material, Betriebsmitteln und benötigten Ressourcen
  • Koordination von Unterhaltsarbeiten
  • Sicherstellen einer effizienten, qualitativ einwandfreien Projektabwicklung

Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kanalservice, in der Kanalsanierung oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Bereich
  • Technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine passende Weiterbildung
  • Führungserfahrung sowie eine unternehmerische Denkweise
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Lösungsorientierte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
