Einleitung

Du möchtest Infrastrukturprojekte nicht nur planen, sondern eine ganze Region aktiv mitgestalten?

Für eine moderne öffentliche Verwaltung im Freiamt / Kanton Aargau suchen wir eine engagierte Fachperson, die vielseitige Tiefbau- und Infrastrukturprojekte eigenständig begleitet und gerne Verantwortung übernimmt.

Aufgaben

In dieser Funktion bewegst du dich zwischen Technik, Verwaltung, Behörden und Bevölkerung und betreust ein entsprechend breites Aufgabengebiet:

  • Planung, Steuerung und Begleitung von Projekten im Strassen- und Tiefbau
  • Koordination von Vorhaben in den Bereichen Wasserversorgung, Abwasser und Wasserbau
  • Organisation und Begleitung von Unterhaltsmassnahmen an der kommunalen Infrastruktur
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Ingenieurbüros, Fachplanern und Unternehmen
  • Betreuung von Themen rund um Energieversorgung, Entsorgung, Umwelt und Verkehr
  • Ansprechperson für Bevölkerung, Planer, Unternehmer und weitere Projektpartner
  • Fachliche Unterstützung des Werkhofs
  • Mitarbeit in unterschiedlichen Fachkommissionen
  • Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Anträgen für politische Behörden
  • Kontrolle von Projektbudgets, Krediten und Abrechnungen
  • Stellvertretung der Leitung im Bereich Bau & Technik

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Tiefbau
  • Idealerweise Weiterbildung als Techniker HF, Bauleiter oder Ingenieur FH beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Leitung oder Koordination von Tiefbau- und Strassenbauprojekten
  • Interesse an kommunaler Infrastruktur und unterschiedlichen technischen Themengebieten
  • Bereitschaft, dich auch in neue Fachbereiche einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und ein sicherer schriftlicher Ausdruck
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und professionelles Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Verständnis für politische und verwaltungsinterne Abläufe
