The posting

Pour notre client, une entreprise industrielle active dans le développement et la production d-emballages haut de gamme destinés à l-horlogerie et à la joaillerie, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable commercial(e) emballages de luxe. Dans ce rôle stratégique, tu contribues au développement commercial sur les marchés internationaux et accompagnes les clients tout au long de leurs projets de packaging premium. Tu évolues dans un environnement international alliant excellence, innovation et savoir-faire industriel.

Responsabilités

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients dans les secteurs de l-horlogerie et de la joaillerie en Suisse et à l-international
  • Présenter des solutions d-emballage haut de gamme auprès de clients existants et de nouveaux partenaires
  • Établir les offres commerciales, mener les négociations et assurer le suivi des projets jusqu-à la commande
  • Coordonner les échanges entre les clients et les sites de production concernant les cahiers des charges, échantillons, prototypes, délais et exigences qualité
  • Assurer le suivi des commandes en cours et garantir une communication transparente avec les clients
  • Représenter l-entreprise lors de salons professionnels et d-événements du secteur en Suisse et à l-étranger

Profil

  • Plusieurs années d-expérience dans la vente d-emballages de luxe destinés à l-horlogerie ou à la joaillerie
  • Réseau établi auprès des services achats, packaging ou développement produit des marques du secteur
  • Solides connaissances des matériaux, des procédés de fabrication et des exigences de qualité liées aux écrins et coffrets haut de gamme
  • Expérience de collaboration avec des fournisseurs et partenaires industriels internationaux, notamment en Asie
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l-anglais ; l-allemand et/ou l-italien constituent un atout
  • Forte orientation client, autonomie, sens de la négociation et disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers à l-international
