Responsable de la maintenance 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Planifier et superviser les interventions des prestataires externes
  • Gérer les pièces de rechange (stocks, approvisionnement et stockage)
  • Encadrer, organiser et développer les compétences de l-équipe de maintenance
  • Élaborer, optimiser et piloter les plans de maintenance préventive et corrective
  • Suivre et optimiser les coûts de maintenance tout en garantissant la performance des équipements
  • Analyser les défaillances, coordonner les dépannages et conduire les analyses des causes racines (RCA)
  • Définir et piloter les indicateurs clés (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) et contribuer aux démarches d-amélioration continue (Lean, 5S)

Profil

  • Formation technique (CFC) ou diplôme d-ingénieur (mécanique, électrotechnique ou similaire)
  • Expérience confirmée en maintenance industrielle, idéalement en environnement de production
  • Expérience en management d-équipe et en planification des activités
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion de maintenance (type SAP PM) et des indicateurs de performance
  • Esprit analytique et sens de l-organisation
  • Maitrise du français et bonnes connaissance de l'anglais et/ou l'allemand
