Responsable de Production 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Piloter l'ensemble des activités de fabrication d'un site industriel à forte composante technique
  • Superviser les opérations de production et optimiser les ressources afin d'assurer la performance des ateliers
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de production en garantissant les objectifs de sécurité, qualité, coûts et délais
  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer les responsables d'équipe afin de renforcer les compétences managériales et la performance collective
  • Analyser les indicateurs de production et mettre en place les actions correctives et préventives nécessaires
  • Déployer des démarches d'amélioration continue visant à optimiser les processus et la productivité
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les différents services de l'entreprise afin d'assurer la fluidité et l'efficacité des opérations
  • Participer activement aux projets de transformation, d'industrialisation et d'investissement du site

Profil

  • Formation supérieure technique, idéalement de niveau ingénieur ou équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion d-un environnement industriel, avec une expertise avérée en production et en usinage (indispensable)
  • Solide expérience du management d'équipes importantes ainsi que de responsables hiérarchiques
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils de pilotage de la performance et des méthodologies d'amélioration continue
  • Forte capacité d'analyse, de prise de décision et de gestion des priorités
  • Leadership naturel, sens de la communication et aptitude à fédérer les équipes autour d'objectifs communs
