Responsable Logistique 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Piloter l'ensemble des activités logistiques de l'entreprise, de l'approvisionnement à l'expédition
  • Encadrer, développer et accompagner les équipes logistiques afin de garantir un haut niveau de performance
  • Assurer la gestion et l'optimisation des stocks tout en veillant à la fiabilité des inventaires
  • Définir, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance logistique (KPI)
  • Mettre en œuvre des projets d'amélioration continue visant à optimiser les flux physiques et informationnels
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les différents départements afin de garantir la fluidité des opérations
  • Garantir le respect des normes de sécurité, des procédures internes ainsi que des exigences qualité

Profil

  • Brevet fédéral de logisticien
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction de management logistique au sein d'un environnement industriel
  • Excellentes connaissances des processus d'approvisionnement, de stockage, de planification et de distribution
  • Expérience avérée dans le pilotage d'équipes et la conduite du changement
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils ERP et des indicateurs de performance logistique
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français ainsi que de l'allemand, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
  • Personnalité proactive, orientée résultats, disposant d'un excellent sens de l'organisation et de fortes capacités de leadership
