Als Consultant Personalverleih Office & Administration bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für Unternehmen und Kandidat:innen. Du baust nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf, berätst kompetent zu Personalthemen und begleitest Bewerber:innen auf ihrem beruflichen Weg.

Aufgaben

  • Aktive Gewinnung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Kunden im Bereich Office & Administration
  • Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen sowie Analyse des Personalbedarfs vor Ort
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess - von der Erstellung und Publikation von Stelleninseraten über Active Sourcing bis hin zu Interviews und Kandidatendossiers
  • Vermittlung qualifizierter Fachkräfte für temporäre und permanente Positionen
  • Betreuung und Begleitung der Mitarbeitenden während ihrer Einsätze
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Kandidaten- und Kundennetzwerks
  • Nutzung moderner Recruiting- und Vertriebskanäle wie Social Media, CRM-Systeme und digitale Plattformen zur Gewinnung neuer Talente und Kunden
  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Verkaufs- und Beratungsgesprächen sowie Vertragsverhandlungen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Office & Administration
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf, Recruiting oder in einer dienstleistungsorientierten Funktion
  • Besonders willkommen sind Bewerber:innen mit Erfahrung im Sales, Verkaufsinnendienst, Customer Service, Account Management oder Personalwesen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude am Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Überzeugungskraft und verkäuferisches Geschick
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Social Media und CRM-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
