Einleitung

Für einen modernen Gesundheitsbetrieb wird eine verantwortungsvolle Position als Stellvertretung der Küchenleitung besetzt.

Die Küche verbindet eine bedarfsgerechte Verpflegung mit hohem kulinarischem Anspruch und einer professionellen Organisation.

Gesucht wird eine führungsstarke Fachperson, die gerne operativ mitarbeitet und gleichzeitig Verantwortung für Qualität, Planung und Wirtschaftlichkeit übernimmt.

Aufgaben

  • Du vertrittst die Küchenleitung und übernimmst Verantwortung für die Organisation und Führung des Küchenbetriebs
  • Du arbeitest aktiv auf verschiedenen Posten mit und stellst eine konstant hohe Qualität der Speisen sicher
  • Du gestaltest das kulinarische Angebot mit und bringst neue Ideen in die Menüplanung und Weiterentwicklung ein
  • Du koordinierst Einkauf, Warenannahme und Lagerbewirtschaftung und sorgst für einen wirtschaftlichen Ressourceneinsatz
  • Du führst das Küchenteam im Tagesgeschäft und sorgst für klare, effiziente und verlässliche Abläufe
  • Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben und unterstützt die Küchenleitung bei Planung, Organisation und Kostenkontrolle

Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch / Köchin EFZ
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise aus der à la carte Küche sowie der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie
  • Du verfügst über Führungserfahrung und verbindest Durchsetzungsvermögen mit einem respektvollen Führungsstil
  • Du hast eine Weiterbildung als Diätkoch / Diätköchin oder Erfahrung mit unterschiedlichen Kostformen
  • Du denkst wirtschaftlich, arbeitest strukturiert und fühlst dich auch bei administrativen Aufgaben sicher
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick
