Binnen dit team wordt ervoor gezorgd dat er aanpassingen gedaan worden op basis van specifieke wensen van klanten. Dat kan gaan van kleinere aanpassingen zoals bestickering en lakwerk tot meer ingrijpende wijzigingen zoals het verplaatsen van een dieseltank of het verlengen van het chassis. Er wordt gewerkt met bestaande componenten die op een slimme manier gecombineerd worden om tot de juiste oplossing te komen.

Als specialist klantaanpassingen / Customization Engineer onderzoek je de technische en juridische haalbaarheid van klantaanvragen en bereken je de kosten en impact op het productieproces.

  • Analyseren van klantaanvragen op haalbaarheid
  • Kostenberekeningen maken
  • Productieproces bepalen
  • Communiceren met Sales Support (klanten binnen 4-5 dagen antwoord geven)

Jouw profiel:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma: product design, autotechnologie, industrieel engineer,...
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels op een zeer goed niveau.
  • Je bent op zoek naar een eerste tewerkstelling binnen engineering.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en analytisch vermogen.
  • Je bent communicatief ingesteld.
  • Je werkt graag individueel.
