Dann könnte diese Stelle genau das Richtige für dich sein!Für unseren Kunden im Raum Zürich suchen wir eine engagierte und fachkundige Persönlichkeit als stellvertretenden Werkstattleiter.

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Werkstattleiters bei der operativen Führung des Werkstattteams
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Koordination der täglichen Werkstattarbeiten
  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Service-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Fehlerdiagnosen an mechanischen, elektrischen und elektronischen Fahrzeugsystemen erstellen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Arbeitsqualität und Einhaltung der Herstellervorgaben
  • Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragestellungen
  • Stellvertretung des Werkstattleiters bei dessen Abwesenheit

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automobilmechatroniker EFZ
  • Berufserfahrung in einer Autowerkstatt
  • Weiterbildung zum Automobildiagnostiker von Vorteil
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Motivation, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in moderner Fahrzeugtechnik und Diagnostik
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
