The posting

We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven supervisor voor een dynamisch en groeiend bedrijf in Westdorpe, net over de grens in Nederland.

Voor deze functie van technisch supervisor zijn we op zoek naar een kandidaat die niet bang is om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken, maar tegelijk het overzicht bewaart over een afgebakend deel van de produktiesite.

Als meewerkend teamleader stuur je een team van twee techniekers aan die in ploegen werken. Jij zelf werkt in dagregime zodat je beide ploegen kan ondersteunen. Samen met twee andere teamleiders vorm je het technisch hart van de site en zorg je ervoor dat alles operationeel blijft — van productielijnen tot gebouw en rollend materieel.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een aantal productielijnen binnen jouw zone en waakt over kwaliteit, veiligheid en prestaties. Je combineert technisch vakmanschap met leiderschap en zorgt ervoor dat machines optimaal draaien én blijven draaien.

Daarnaast bestaan jouw taken onder andere uit:

  • opvolging van de technische staat van je machines en opstellen van onderhouds- en reinigingsplannen.
  • uitvoering van preventieve én dringende herstellingen.
  • het bieden technische ondersteuning bij de opstart van nieuwe zakken, producten of stapelpatronen.
  • de correcte afstemming van productielijnen in overleg met productie, operatoren en kwaliteitsdienst.
  • de opleiding van techniekers — jij kent je machines van binnen en van buiten.

Heb je ervaring als supervisor in de produktie en krijg je energie van het coachen van mensen? Dan is dit jouw kans om te groeien en te schitteren in een verantwoordelijke rol als supervisor.
