Taken: > Als Lead Production Supervisor speel je een cruciale rol in de opstart en verdere ontwikkeling van een nieuwe productieafdeling. > Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding over de productie en zorgt ervoor dat processen, mensen en resultaten optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn. > Je coördineert en stuurt het productieteam aan en ondersteunt medewerkers in hun verdere groei en ontwikkeling. > Je organiseert de dagelijkse productieplanning, bezetting en taakverdeling. > Je begeleidt de opstart van een nieuwe productielijn en zorgt voor een stabiele en efficiënte productieomgeving. > Je leidt operatoren op en ondersteunt hen bij machinebediening, procesopvolging en kwaliteitscontroles. > Je bewaakt de veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en productiviteitsdoelstellingen. > Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en ondersteunt actief bij het analyseren en oplossen van operationele uitdagingen. > Je werkt procedures, werkinstructies en risicoanalyses uit en optimaliseert deze waar nodig. > Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van kwaliteitscontroles en procesbeheersing. > Je analyseert KPI's en zet verbeteracties op om de prestaties verder te verhogen. > Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen zoals Engineering, Kwaliteit, Onderhoud en R&D. Profiel: > Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau in een technische richting of hebt een gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd binnen productie. > Je hebt reeds ervaring in een productieomgeving en hebt succesvol een team aangestuurd. > Je bent een sterke people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren, coachen en begeleiden. > Je combineert technisch inzicht met een pragmatische en resultaatgerichte aanpak. > Je houdt ervan om dicht bij het productieproces te staan en neemt zelf initiatief wanneer nodig. > Je communiceert helder en durft beslissingen nemen. > Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en continue verbetering. > Je spreekt vlot Engels en kan professioneel communiceren in het Nederlands en Frans. > Je bent ondernemend, hands-on en voelt je thuis in een omgeving in volle ontwikkeling.
