Einleitung

Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen in der Immobilienbranche, suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Teamleiter Immobilienbuchhaltung 60-100% (a). Du führst die Immobilienbuchhaltung fachlich und personell und arbeitest gleichzeitig aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit.

Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Buchhaltungsteams
  • Selbstständige Führung der Buchhaltung von Mietliegenschaften
  • Erstellung von Zwischen- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Neben- und Betriebskostenabrechnungen
  • Verantwortung für Kreditoren, Debitoren und Inkasso
  • Budgeterstellung, MWST-Abrechnungen und Reporting
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen

Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung
  • Sehr gute Abschlusssicherheit im Bereich Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung
  • Kenntnisse im Mietrecht von Vorteil
  • Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend
  • Strukturierte, präzise und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit branchenspezifischer Software von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
