Einleitung

Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine engagierte, verantwortungsbewusste und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit als Teamleiter Logistik (m/w/d). Sie übernehmen die Führung eines Lagerteams und sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihren Mitarbeitenden dafür, dass Waren termingerecht, sicher und in höchster Qualität bewegt werden. Dabei sind Sie nicht nur Organisator, sondern auch Vorbild, Ansprechpartner und Macher auf der Fläche.

Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und operative Führung eines Lagerteams
  • Planung, Koordination und Einsatzsteuerung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Warenflusses im Wareneingang, Lager und Warenausgang
  • Überwachung der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Durchführung und Kontrolle von Bestandsprüfungen
  • Einarbeitung und Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Schnittstellen
  • Förderung einer offenen und motivierenden Teamkultur
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit im gesamten Lagerbereich
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Mitverantwortung für die Erreichung von Qualitäts-, Produktivitäts- und Sicherheitszielen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Lager- oder Logistikumgebung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Gültiger SUVA-anerkannter Staplerausweis
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen
  • Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Belastbarkeit und einen kühlen Kopf auch in hektischen Situationen
  • Eigeninitiative und den Anspruch, Dinge aktiv voranzubringen
