The posting

Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses activités, notre client recherche un Technicien Monteur Mécanique spécialisé dans le montage et la maintenance de machines tournantes.

Vos missions

  • Préparer les interventions à partir des plans, nomenclatures et documents techniques.
  • Réaliser le démontage, l'expertise et l'identification des besoins en pièces de rechange.
  • Effectuer le montage, l'assemblage, l'ajustage et le réglage des équipements mécaniques.
  • Contrôler la conformité des montages avant leur mise à disposition.
  • Participer à la résolution des non-conformités en collaboration avec les différents services.
  • Intervenir occasionnellement sur chantier pour des opérations de dépose, repose, alignement, mise en service ou contrôle des équipements.
  • Rédiger les rapports d'intervention

Votre profil

  • Formation en mécanique industrielle, électromécanique ou équivalent, de niveau enseignement secondaire technique ou professionnel avec qualification, ou expérience équivalente..
  • Une expérience de minimum 3 ans dans une fonction technique similaire est un atout.
  • Bonne connaissance de l'ajustage mécanique et des machines tournantes.
  • Capacité à lire des plans techniques et des nomenclatures.
  • Maîtrise des outils de contrôle et de mesure (pied à coulisse, comparateur, alésomètre, etc.).
  • Respect des procédures qualité et sécuritéVos qualités
  • Rigoureux(se) et méthodique.
  • Organisé(e) et soigneux(se).
  • Polyvalent(e) et autonome.
  • Esprit d'équipe et bon sens du service.
  • Réactivité face aux imprévus.
