The posting

Pour un établissement prestigieux à Genève, nous recherchons un Technicien de Maintenance H/F capable d'assurer le suivi technique quotidien du bâtiment et de coordonner efficacement les interventions des prestataires externes.

Responsabilités

* * Effectuer des rondes techniques régulières afin d'identifier les anomalies et dysfonctionnements. * Réaliser un premier diagnostic et évaluer le degré d'urgence de l'intervention. * Effectuer les premières actions lorsque la situation le permet. * Déterminer lorsqu'une intervention spécialisée est nécessaire. * Contacter, déclencher et coordonner les entreprises sous-traitantes : électricité, CVC, sanitaire, plomberie, ascenseurs, serrurerie, équipements techniques, etc. * Accueillir et accompagner les prestataires lors de leurs interventions dans l'établissement. * Contrôler la qualité des travaux réalisés et assurer le suivi jusqu'à la résolution complète du problème. * Assurer la traçabilité des interventions et remonter les anomalies récurrentes. * Anticiper les besoins de maintenance afin de limiter les pannes et les interventions d'urgence.

Profil

* * Formation technique en maintenance, électricité, électromécanique, CVC ou bâtiment. * Bonne capacité à identifier et diagnostiquer une panne, sans nécessairement être spécialiste de tous les corps de métier. * Expérience dans la maintenance de bâtiments ou d'infrastructures techniques. * Capacité à coordonner et suivre des prestataires externes. * Autonomie et excellente gestion des priorités. * Sens aigu du service et de la qualité. * Présentation irréprochable, discrétion et savoir-être adaptés à un environnement haut de gamme. * Une expérience en hôtellerie de luxe, palace, résidence haut de gamme ou environnement premium constitue un réel avantage.
