Für ein technisch anspruchsvolles Produktionsumfeld suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die ihr Know-how in den Bereichen Instrumentierung, Instandhaltung und Prozessführung einbringen möchte. Dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Funktion, in der du technische Anlagen nicht nur überwachst, sondern aktiv zu deren zuverlässigem und sicheren Betrieb beiträgst.

Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die präventive und korrektive Wartung von Mess-, Kontroll- und Regelinstrumenten wie Drucksensoren, Durchflussmessern, Analysegeräten und Regelventilen.
  • Du führst Fehlerdiagnosen, First-Line-Instandsetzungen und kleinere Reparaturen selbstständig durch.
  • Bei komplexeren Wartungsarbeiten und zertifizierten Kalibrierungen koordinierst und überwachst du externe Dienstleister und kontrollierst die ausgeführten Arbeiten.
  • Du unterstützt die Prozessführung der Luftzerlegungsanlage (ASU) und übernimmst Aufgaben wie Anfahren, Überwachen und Abfahren der Anlage sowie die Optimierung von Durchflussmengen.
  • Du überwachst laufend die Prozessparameter und Anlagenstabilität und reagierst bei Alarmen oder Abweichungen.
  • Du wechselst flexibel zwischen der Prozesssteuerung in der Messwarte und Kontrollgängen direkt an der Anlage.
  • Du führst Logbücher, Einsatzberichte und Prozessprotokolle sorgfältig und stellst eine GMP-konforme Dokumentation sicher.
  • Bei Prozessabweichungen oder Reklamationen wirkst du aktiv bei der Ursachenanalyse mit.

Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine technische Ausbildung bzw. Weiterbildung im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektro- oder Automatisierungstechnik oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst Kenntnisse in der Fehlerdiagnose von Regelkreisen mit und kannst R&I-Fließschemata / P&ID lesen.
  • Erfahrung in der kontinuierlichen Prozessführung ist für diese Position relevant.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, sorgfältig und besitzt ein gutes analytisches und technisches Verständnis.
  • Eine gewissenhafte Dokumentation und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein gehören zu deiner Arbeitsweise.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch; Englischkenntnisse für technische Dokumentationen sind von Vorteil.
