Om tjänsten

Som undersköterska hos oss utför du vård- och omsorgsinsatser i kunders hem utifrån individuella behov och genomförandeplaner. Arbetsuppgifter kan bland annat innebära:

  • Personlig omvårdnad såsom hjälp vid hygien, påklädning och förflyttning
  • Stöd vid måltider och nutrition
  • Praktisk hjälp i hemmet såsom städning, tvätt och inköp
  • Socialt stöd, uppmuntran till aktiviteter och främjande av delaktighet
  • Administrativ dokumentation och rapportering i verksamhetens digitala system
  • Samarbete med kollegor, anhöriga och andra vårdgivare

Tjänsten innebär arbete enligt schema med varierande arbetstider, inklusive morgon-, dag- och kvällspass samt helg- och röda dagstjänstgöring beroende på överenskommelse.

Du har ett genuint intresse för omsorg och människors välbefinnande och arbetar respektfullt och lyhört. Du kan anpassa ditt bemötande efter kundens behov och främjar självbestämmande och delaktighet. Vi värdesätter att du är flexibel, ansvarstagande och har god samarbetsförmåga. Störst vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet.

Kvalifikationer

  • Utbildad undersköterska eller motsvarande erfarenhet från vård och omsorg
  • Svenska i tal och skrift (krav)
  • B-körkort
  • Cykelvana
  • Erfarenhet av hemtjänst eller liknande arbete är meriterande
