Wir freuen uns, dass Sie an den Adelholzener Alpenquellen als Arbeitgeber interessiert sind. Mit unserer breit gefächerten und attraktiven Produktpalette gehören wir zu den führenden Mineralbrunnen Deutschlands. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Logistik suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter Versand (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der Auftragserfassung, -bearbeitung und -kontrolle sowie Koordination und Überwachung der Aufträge und Liefertermine
  • Rechnungsstellung und -prüfung
  • Telefonische Kundenbetreuung im Hinblick auf Aufträge, Reklamationen, Retouren und sonstige Anfragen zu logistischen Fragestellungen sowie deren Bearbeitung
  • Vergabe von Aufträgen an Speditionen und Sicherstellung deren Liefertreue
  • Erstellung von Transportpapieren und Durchführung von Zollabwicklungen sowie Exportkontrollen
  • Sicherstellung der Frachtraumdisposition für unsere regionalen Transporte
  • Durchführung von Lagerbuchungen und Mitarbeit bei Inventuren
  • Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Logistikprozessen
  • Aktive Abstimmung mit allen Schnittstellen wie z.B. unserem Vertrieb, dem Lager und den Speditionen

Was Sie im Idealfall mitbringen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Kenntnisse in der Exportsachbearbeitung und Zollabwicklung mit ATLAS wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an sozialer Kompetenz
  • Aufgeschlossene Art, Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gewissenhafte, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in den MS-Office Produkten
  • Flexible Einsetzbarkeit sowie Bereitschaft zu Mehrschichtarbeit (Arbeitszeiten i.d.R. Sonntag bis Freitag, in Dreischicht)
