Mit unserer breit gefächerten und attraktiven Produktpalette gehören wir zu den führenden Mineralbrunnen Deutschlands. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Vertriebsinnendienst suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben

  • Auftragsbearbeitung bzw. Erstellung der Proforma Rechnungen
  • Erstellung der Zolldokumente der Übersee Kunden bei Bestellungen, Gratiswaren und Werbemittel
  • Durchführung der für die Ausfuhr erforderlichen Abwicklung der zollbehördlichen Maßnahmen
  • Kundenreklamationsbearbeitungen
  • Pflegen der Absatz- und Budgetplanungen, der Konditionen, Rückvergütungen sowie anlegen/pflegen von Kunden- und Vertragsstammdaten im System
  • Koordination der Abfüllplanung im Export mit den hierfür erforderlichen Fachbereichen
  • Überwachung der Lagerbestände, ggf. bestellen von RHB Materialien
  • Produktzulassungen bei Behörden, z.B. Gesundheitsamt, IHK und AHK
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen bzw. Bereitstellung von relevanten Informationen
  • Vorbereiten und Organisieren von Key-Account-Jahresgesprächen sowie Nachbereiten der Ergebnisse (z.B. Forecaständerungen, Konditionsänderungen, Jahresgesprächsbestätigung)

Was Sie im Idealfall mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Vertriebsinnendienst bzw. Export wünschenswert
  • Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse wünschenswert, insbesondere im Umgang mit MS-Office Produkte bzw. Microsoft BC
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an sozialer Kompetenz
  • Aufgeschlossene offene Art und Teamfähigkeit
