Adena Health System is seeking a highly motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our growing Anesthesia team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a CRNA who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care while working in a collaborative environment that values professional autonomy, teamwork, and work-life balance.

Position Highlights

  • Practice under a collaborative medical supervision model
  • Work alongside an experienced, supportive team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists
  • Broad variety of surgical cases including: General Surgery Well Pediatric Cases Urology Vascular Surgery ENT And other routine surgical specialties
  • No trauma, cardiac, intracranial, or obstetrical cases
  • Only one holiday of coverage per year
  • No overnight call
  • Weekend call rotation of approximately 1:7
  • Excellent work-life balance in a collegial practice environment
