Como Team Leader, serás el motor de la operativa y el referente de tu equipo:

  • Liderazgo Inspirador: Orquestarás los rituales diarios (dailies, planificación de recursos y vacaciones) para que cada colaborador trabaje con claridad y propósito.
  • Excelencia Operativa: Analizarás KPI's y desvíos (productividad, entradas, transporte) para garantizar que el servicio al cliente sea impecable y eficiente.

¿Qué buscamos?

- Para que te sientas cómodo como Team Leader, debes de tener al menos de 2-3 años liderando equipos en entornos logísticos o de almacén de alto volumen y formación en Supply Chain para poder entender y hablar el lenguaje que compartimos.

- Experiencia demostrable en diseño de layout, gestión de espacios y planificación de la demanda.

- Conocimiento y experiencia con herramientas como excel para hacer tablas dinámicas, cruzar y analizar datos, formulaciones, etc y power BI para la visualización de datos.

- Inglés Alto (B2/C1). Es imprescindible para la comunicación fluida con clientes y equipos internacionales.

- Perfil dinámico, con capacidad de resolución de problemas en tiempo real, acostumbrado al trabajo físico en el entorno del almacén.

- Residencia en la provincia de Guadalajara, Corredor del Henares o disponibilidad para desplazarse diariamente a Torija.
