Anstellungsart: Pflichtpraktikum Start: Frühjahr 2026 Die Stelle ist auf eine Dauer von 4 - 6 Monaten festgesetzt. Bezüglich der konkreten Wochenstunden bzw. Arbeitszeiten pro Tag gehen wir gerne auf Deine persönlichen Anforderungen ein.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Praktikant/in unterstützt du unsere Bereiche Quality Management und Regulatory Affairs mit einem besonderen Fokus auf die Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Systems. Dabei arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Qualitätsmanagement, Regulierung und IT und erhältst praxisnahe Einblicke in digitale Transformationsprozesse. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören u. a.:

  • Mitarbeit bei der Umstellung unseres ERP-Systems sowie Unterstützung bei der Abbildung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Unterstützung bei der Softwarevalidierung gemäß regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Tests)
  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Softwaretests sowie Mitwirkung bei der Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern
  • Pflege, Strukturierung und Auswertung von Daten im ERP-System
  • Erstellung und Überarbeitung qualitätsrelevanter Dokumente und Aufzeichnungen gemäß ISO 13485:2016
  • Unterstützung bei der strukturierten Zusammenstellung technischer Dokumentationen für internationale Zulassungen
  • Durchführung von Literaturrecherchen im Rahmen der Klinischen Bewertung nach MDR
  • Übersetzung von Dokumenten ins Englische

Dein Profil

  • laufendes ingenieurwissenschaftliches, technisches oder gesundheitswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Gute Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Fähigkeit zum selbständigen Arbeiten
  • Erste Kenntnisse in der Medizintechnik oder im Qualitätsmanagement (u.a. ISO 13485) von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
