Responsabilidades e atribuições Quais serão as responsabilidades e desafios? 📝Apoiar os processos de RH, incluindo recrutamento e seleção, admissão, integração, movimentações, férias, desligamentos, benefícios e atendimento aos colaboradores;Dar suporte às iniciativas de treinamento e desenvolvimento, comunicação interna, engajamento, reconhecimento e eventos corporativos;Atualizar controles, indicadores, relatórios e documentos de RH, garantindo a qualidade e a confidencialidade das informações;Acompanhar solicitações de viagens corporativas, incluindo passagens, hospedagens, locações e reembolsos;Organizar agendas, reuniões, treinamentos, eventos e visitas institucionais, providenciando os recursos e a infraestrutura necessários;Administrar documentos, contratos, assinaturas, trâmites cartoriais, notas fiscais, pagamentos e requisições de compras;Atuar como ponto focal de Facilities do escritório da Faria Lima, acompanhando fornecedores de limpeza, manutenção, recepção, segurança e serviços prediais;Zelar pela organização, conservação e funcionamento do escritório, monitorando espaços compartilhados, materiais de consumo, correspondências e acessos;Apoiar gestores e áreas internas em demandas administrativas, identificando oportunidades de melhoria na experiência dos colaboradores e na infraestrutura corporativa.Requisitos e qualificações O que iremos avaliar?🔎

Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento intermediário no pacote office;Experiência prévia em rotinas de Recursos Humanos, Administração ou Facilities;Desejável inglês intermediário.
