The posting

Bij Adfil in Zele produceren we micro- en macro synthetische vezels die wereldwijd gebruikt worden in betonnen vloeren en constructies, magazijnen, datacenters, tunnels en publieke gebouwen. Projecten zoals het casino van Middelkerke, het station van Blankenberge en The Loop in Gent om er maar enkele te noemen.

Dat vraagt een goed draaiende organisatie en mensen die weten waar ze mee bezig zijn.

Als Onderhoudstechnieker Extrusie ben je verantwoordelijk voor preventief en curatief onderhoud van onze extrusielijnen en bijhorende technische installaties.

Je zorgt ervoor dat onze productielijnen veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt functioneren, met als doel technische stilstanden te minimaliseren en de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden omvatten dus verschillende domeinen.

Technisch onderhoud:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan extrusielijnen en randapparatuur.
  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische storingen.
  • Onderhouden en vervangen van onder andere motoren, aandrijvingen, lagers, pompen, sensoren en verwarmingselementen.
  • Controleren en onderhouden van extruders, koelsystemen, trekwerken, snij-installaties en opwikkelsystemen.

Storingsanalyse en verbeteringen:

  • Snel en efficiënt ingrijpen bij technische storingen om productieverlies te beperken.
  • Analyseren van terugkerende problemen en voorstellen van structurele oplossingen.
  • Meewerken aan technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties van bestaande installaties.
  • Ondersteunen bij de installatie, opstart en ingebruikname van nieuwe machines.

Veiligheid en kwaliteit:

  • Strikt naleven van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures, waaronder Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
  • Controleren van de correcte werking van machinebeveiligingen, noodstoppen en veiligheidssensoren.
  • Onveilige situaties signaleren en onmiddellijk gepaste maatregelen nemen.
  • Rekening houden met de impact van technische interventies op de productkwaliteit.

Samenwerking en rapportering:

  • Nauw samenwerken met productieoperatoren, Shift Leaders en de Production Manager.
  • Technische interventies en uitgevoerde onderhoudswerken correct registreren.
  • Duidelijke terugkoppeling geven over storingen, oorzaken en uitgevoerde herstellingen.
  • Productiemedewerkers ondersteunen bij technische vragen en het correct gebruik van machines.
  • Bijdragen aan de overdracht van technische kennis binnen het team.

Als onderhoudstechnieker in onze Technische Dienst werk je nauw samen met Productie, Engineering en Operations. De functie is voornamelijk operationeel en wordt uitgevoerd op de productievloer, met een sterke nadruk op veiligheid, technische beschikbaarheid en continuïteit van de productie. Dit vinden we belangrijk:

Technische kennis

  • Technische opleiding in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met onderhoud van industriële productie-installaties, bij voorkeur binnen extrusie, kunststofverwerking & verpakkingsmachines.
  • Goede kennis van mechanica en industriële elektriciteit.
  • Basiskennis van PLC-sturingen, frequentieregelaars, sensoren en industriële automatisering.
  • Technische schema's kunnen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Kennis van pneumatiek en hydrauliek is een pluspunt.
